Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AgentTree website at agenttree.agency (the "Site") or engaging AgentTree for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or our services.

AgentTree ("AgentTree," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the effective date of any changes at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

AgentTree provides custom AI systems, workflow-automation services, consulting, and related products to business clients. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Blueprint Sessions — strategy and scoping engagements.
• Custom AI agent and automation builds integrated into client systems.
• Ongoing monitoring, tuning, and support of deployed AI systems.
• Products operated under the AgentTree brand, including ReviewForeman, a reputation-management product operated by AgentTree.

The scope of services for any specific engagement is defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work between AgentTree and the client.

You agree to use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, or spam.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software we provide.
• Use the Site to transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Impersonate AgentTree, its employees, or any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site or services for any violation of this section.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of AgentTree or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use AgentTree's trademarks, trade dress, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

Work product delivered to a client under a paid engagement is governed by the intellectual property provisions of the applicable service agreement. In the absence of a written agreement to the contrary, AgentTree retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTTREE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGENTTREE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to AgentTree in the three months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
