Why paid, and what you get.

Why is it paid?

Because a quote off a blank slate is a guess, and we don't send guesses. The session is the scoping. Paying for it means you get real work: a mapped funnel, a quantified leak, and a number you can hold us to. It also means we only talk to people serious about fixing the problem.

What if I don't move forward?

You keep the written teardown and the quote. Use it to fix things yourself, hand it to another vendor, or sit on it. It's yours. The $150 bought you the map either way.

What does the credit mean in practice?

If you hire us for the build, the $150 is deducted from the build price. A buyer who moves forward pays nothing extra for the diagnostic. The price is a filter, not a fee.

What do you need from me?

The session time, and a look at whatever runs your bookings, members, and follow-up (Mindbody, PushPress, ClubOS, a spreadsheet, a phone on the front desk, whatever it is). No prep work required.
